General Entry Requirements for Federal Polytechnic Oko Admission (ND Programmes)
To be eligible for admission into any National Diploma course, candidates must have:
- A minimum of five (5) O’Level credits including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
National Diploma (ND) Application Screening Requirements
Applicants for ND screening must possess the following:
- O’ Level Result (WAEC/NECO)
- JAMB Result
- JAMB Admission Letter
- First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)
- Testimonial
- Local Government Certificate/Identification Letter
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Recent Passport Photograph
Higher National Diploma (HND) Application Screening Requirements
Applicants for the HND screening must have the following documents:
- O’ Level Result (WAEC/NECO)
- ND Statement of Result or CGPA printout
- Industrial Training (IT) Completion Letter
- Recent Passport Photograph

To apply, follow these easy steps:
- Visit the JAMB portal via: www.caps.jamb.gov.ng
- Next, go to the Polytechnic portal: www.federalpolyoko.edu.ng
- Under “Admissions,” click Online Application Form
- Select the programme type (ND/HND)
- Click Sign In
- On the next page, generate a Payment Invoice (NOTE: The invoice generation is free)
- Pay the processing fee of ₦15,000 using Remita either at any commercial bank or with your ATM card
- Return to the portal to complete and submit your online application
- Print out your Acknowledgement Slip after submission
- Wait for a response from JAMB and the Polytechnic
