Medical fitness certificate for NYSC Is a compulsory document all registered Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) is expected to take with them when entering camp. On the other hand NYSC medical report is optional and only required if you intend to relocate or exit camp before the due date.
All NYSC Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) should take note of this. You all need to read this to the end, for your own good.
There are two different Medicals used for NYSC and they both serve different purposes.
Medical Certificate/Fitness: This is the Medical Used Purposely for Camp Registration and it’s the only compulsory one you must have. No Registration for you in Camp without this Medical.
Medical Report or Doctors Report: This is the Medical that’s used for those that wants to Redeploy from Camp. You’ll fake one or two Ailments in it and I’ll guide you on how to use it when it’s time (This one is not compulsory).
NOTE: If you’re planning to Redeploy from Camp on Medical Ground, then, you must go to Camp with “Both Medical fitness certificate for NYSC and NYSC medical report”

Take this advice seriously serious, so as to avoid stories that touch.
