Available Positions
The recruitment features opportunities in three main categories:
1. Superintendent Cadre (General Duty)
- Superintendent of Corrections (CONPASS 09) – NCoS only, requires Bachelor’s in Medicine & Surgery
- Assistant Superintendent I (CONPASS 09) – FFS only, for Bachelor’s in Engineering or Law
- Assistant Superintendent II (CONPASS 08) – Open across all agencies, requires a Degree or HND
2. Inspectorate Cadre
- Senior Inspector of Fire (CONPASS 08) – For registered Nurses/Midwives (NSCDC, FFS, NCoS)
- Inspector of Fire (CONPASS 07) – Requires NCE or National Diploma
3. Assistant Cadre
- Assistant III (CONPASS 03) – Requires SSCE with at least 5 O’Level credits including English and Math
- Drivers/Artisans/Mechanics – Trade Test certificate and valid driver’s license required
General Eligibility Criteria
- Nigerian citizenship by birth
- Age: 18–35 years
- Minimum height: 1.65m (men), 1.60m (women)
- Chest size (men): Minimum 0.87m
- Physically and mentally fit
- Medical fitness certificate from government hospital
- No criminal conviction or financial embarrassment
- Multiple applications will lead to disqualification
